Free Track Agreement

The complimentary pilot track is provided at no charge in exchange for the following:

1. Closing Credit — The track will end with: "Hold music by DJ Ben Holden — DJBenHolden.com." This credit may not be edited out or removed.

2. Contact Page Link — You agree to place a visible text link to DJBenHolden.com on your Contact Us page, near your business phone number, within 7 days of receiving your track. Any of the three text styles from our Links page qualifies.

3. Link Maintenance — The link must remain active while the complimentary track is in use. If the link is removed while your website remains live, your license to use the track terminates and the track must be removed from your phone system.

4. Music Licensing — You are solely responsible for any music licensing required to play commercial songs on your phone system.
